The concepts of duality and non-duality have become increasingly important in philosophical and spiritual discussions in recent years. As such, it is important to clarify my stance on non-duality and address some common misunderstandings surrounding this topic. It is worth noting that many cultures in the Middle East, South Asia, and Southeast Asia view their sacred texts as reflections of reality, which often espouse non-dualistic beliefs.

However, I believe that healthy scepticism is crucial to fully grasping and comprehending these complex ideas.
